The United Nations in Nepal will join the world in commemorating the 75th anniversary – taking into account the new context in light of COVID-19 – through a combination of digital crowdsourcing campaign, online and offline surveys and media engagement to bring out the voices and votes from the people of Nepal to help meet future challenges and create a better world in 2045 – when the UN will turn 100.
What is UN75 doing?
In January 2020, we launched our global dialogue initiative, and discussions have taken place in all settings, from classrooms to boardrooms, across the world. In order to reach as many people as possible, we have built partnerships with youth, civil society, business and media organisations, and created a one-minute survey that is quick and easy to complete.
How can I take part ?

- Check out the UN75 toolkit with guidelines on how to join, and inspire conversations and amplify voices through channels and communities for people to talk and be heard. We will be adding more information on online dialogues in the coming days

Issue Briefs
To help frame and inspire your dialogues read some of our Issue Briefs which outline issues such as the climate crisis, inequality, new forms of conflict and violence, and the rapid changes in demography and digital technologies. These issues will all require effective cooperation across borders, sectors, and generations.
