The Training Institute for Technical Instruction (TITI), Nepal, was established in 1991 as an institution with a special status under the umbrella of the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT). TITI is designed to meet the training needs of technical instructors, vocational trainers, curriculum developers and technical schools, trade, and centre managers. This report is the external review TITI’s project phase IV. The main objective of this review was to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the TITI Support Project during the current phase on purpose and output level and to assess the capitalization of assets generated through the Project support over the last four phases.
